Location: Massillon, OH
Hours: Sunday – Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary

The Production Associate plays a vital role in supporting our production operations by operating machinery, assembling products, conducting quality checks, and maintaining a safe and clean workspace. This position is perfect for someone with strong mechanical skills who thrives in a hands-on, team-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production equipment and tools
• Follow detailed instructions for assembly and fabrication
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Work collaboratively with team members on the production line
• Move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas as needed
• Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency with power tools and hand tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing production needs
