General Laborer / Cleaner – R2 Sealant Systems
Location: Massillon, OH
Hours: Sunday – Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Job Type: Full-time

This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a team.

Job Summary

The General Laborer / Cleaner is responsible for a variety of tasks including cleaning equipment, assisting with production, operating machinery, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This is an important support role that helps keep our operations running smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean mixers, kettles, and other production equipment
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (if certified)
• Use hand tools to assist with light product assembly
• Conduct basic quality checks on finished goods
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area
• Assist with inventory and stock control as needed
• Work with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and standard operating protocols

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with forklifts (or willingness to be trained and certified)
• Familiarity with warehouse or manufacturing environments
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
