Receiving Associate – R2 Sealant Systems
Location: Massillon, OH
Hours: Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Job Summary

The Receiving Associate is responsible for accurately and efficiently unloading, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments. This role plays a key part in ensuring that all materials are received, documented, and stored according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
• Match deliveries with purchase orders and packing slips
• Document and report any discrepancies or damage
• Label and tag materials for inventory tracking
• Stock and organize merchandise in designated areas
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving area
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment (if certified)
• Assist with inventory counts and reconciliations
• Coordinate with other departments for timely processing
• Follow all company safety protocols and policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills (experience with inventory systems is a plus)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Valid forklift certification required

Work Environment

• Warehouse/stockroom setting
• May include early mornings, evenings, or occasional weekend work
