(MASSILLON, OHIO) — R2 Sealant Systems is proud to celebrate a double milestone for one of our standout team members. Brandon Dobransky has not only been promoted to Production Lead, but he was also recently selected as R2’s very first Employee of the Month.

Brandon was recognized as Employee of the Month for his excellent attitude, strong work ethic, and integrity. His positive influence in the workplace and consistent willingness to go above and beyond set a powerful example for the team. “Brandon’s reliability and dedication greatly contribute to making R2 a stronger, more cohesive unit,” said leadership when presenting the award.

A Journey of Growth at R2

Brandon began his R2 journey as a Line Operator a little over a year ago. In that role, he gained hands-on experience with production processes and quickly became known as someone the team could count on. “I learned a lot about how the machines run, and how to troubleshoot any issue,” Brandon shared. That knowledge, combined with his work ethic, made him a natural fit to take on the Production Lead role.

Stepping Into Leadership

For Brandon, the most exciting part of this promotion is the chance to support his team on a larger scale. “Being able to help my team run smoothly and efficiently is what excites me most,” he explained. His short-term goal is to learn as much as possible to master his new responsibilities, while his long-term sights are set on broader leadership opportunities. “Eventually, I’d like to learn more about scheduling and help take some of the workload off others,” he said.

The R2 Culture

When asked what he enjoys most about being part of the R2 team, Brandon didn’t hesitate. “It’s a great environment with even better people. I always look forward to coming into work.” He credits the supportive, team-oriented atmosphere for keeping morale high and for creating opportunities to grow.

He also points to R2’s culture of camaraderie as one of the most rewarding parts of his journey so far. “Meeting great people, being helpful in a team-based environment, and getting the opportunity to take on new work, it’s all been rewarding. And honestly, I’ve loved the Christmas party and get-togethers we’ve had, too,” he added with a smile.

Brandon’s advice for anyone who wants to grow into management at R2 is simple but meaningful: “Work hard, help your team out as much as you can, and continue to learn and grow while working safely and efficiently.” It’s this straightforward, no-nonsense approach that has helped him advance quickly and earn the respect of his peers.
