After six months of dedicated leadership in his previous role, Brandon is stepping into this new position ready to make an even greater impact on operations and customer satisfaction.

Brandon most recently served as Production Lead, where he played a key role in keeping daily operations running efficiently. Over the past six months, he strengthened his leadership skills while gaining a deeper understanding of production flow and team coordination. His promotion to 3rd Shift Production Supervisor reflects both his proven performance and the trust he has earned within the organization.
