A Leader with Vision, Experience, and Passion for Growth

R2 Sealant Systems is proud to welcome Aaron Bratcher as our new Plant Manager. With nearly two decades of experience in manufacturing, Aaron brings a wealth of knowledge, energy, and leadership to the floor. His career has been built on leading teams in Quality, Continuous Improvement, and Manufacturing—skills that align perfectly with R2’s mission.

Aaron shares, “I have worked in manufacturing in some sort of capacity for almost 20 years; leading Quality, Continuous Improvement, and Manufacturing teams has given me invaluable experience over my career that I am very grateful for. Leading people and processes are my passion, and seeing the growth that R2 has experienced in just a short amount of time drew me right into the company!”

Why R2 Sealants? Aaron’s First Impressions

It didn’t take long for Aaron to recognize the energy and potential at R2 Sealants. From his very first walkthrough, he felt the excitement in the air.

“When I first visited the facility, the dedication that the team had to the organization was evident from the time I walked into the door. The facility is highly automated, organized and full of fellow teammates that want to win,” he says. “When you pair state-of-the-art machinery, highly skilled team members, and a culture of winning, that’s a recipe for a place you want to be a part of.”

Leading with Purpose and Creating a Culture of Excellence

At the core of Aaron’s leadership style is a focus on vision, clear expectations, and genuine care for the team.

“It all starts with expectations and a vision as to how we operate as a manufacturing facility. From new processes, training programs, and supervisor engagement for the front-line teams, it all stems back to a vision and group of individuals that truly care about the ones working next to them,” Aaron explains.

He believes a high-performing operations team needs three essential traits. “For an operations team to be strong and efficient, 3 things have to be true: dedication, openness to learning, and a culture of coaching. R2 Sealants has all three!”

Looking Toward the Future

Aaron is energized by R2’s rapid growth and believes in preparing today for tomorrow’s opportunities.

“The massive growth is what excites me the most. Being part of something this great with only larger horizons in front of us is amazing!”

He adds, “As we continue to grow, building upon or creating new processes and systems to define how we operate will be crucial. Supporting our growth with the most efficient way of doing business and having the highest quality product in front of our minds every day are the biggest priorities.”

His goal? Help lay the groundwork for long-term scalability. “From my short time here, each day it seems like there is a new customer onboard, increased volumes from our existing partners, etc. My hope is that the systems we are already putting into place will put us ahead of the curve to accept new volume as a turnkey process.”

Beyond the Factory Floor

Outside of work, Aaron is a proud husband and father. “I am married to my wife of 12 years with 3 wonderful kids—Brody, Finnley, and Adeline,” he shares.

When he’s not on the production floor, you can find him outdoors with his wife and kids hunting, gardening, and doing home improvement projects.

He lives by a personal motto that guides his leadership and life: “Challenge yourself to never accept average. Be the CEO of your position and remember that people are the center of everything you do.”

A Message to the R2’s Community

Aaron is ready to roll up his sleeves and get to work, and he has a message for his team, customers, and partners:

“I couldn’t be more excited to join the team, learn the business, and the sky is the limit for what this team can do.”

His advice for aspiring leaders? “Take time to understand the needs of your team and get to know the people that will be working alongside you. Understanding how to best lead and support your team will be your biggest success!”
