Massillon, OH — R2 Sealant Systems is excited to welcome Jessica Imhoff to the team as our new Inside Sales Coordinator! With a strong background in marketing and a passion for collaboration, Jessica brings fresh energy and insight to our growing operations.

Jessica began her career in marketing at Combi Packaging Systems, where she quickly rose from intern to Marketing Manager in just four years. “Miranda, whom I worked with there, suggested I apply at R2—and that’s how I got here,” she shared. That connection, and her drive for continuous growth, made R2 the perfect next step in her career journey.

Taking On a New Challenge

Transitioning from marketing to inside sales, Jessica was drawn to the opportunity to take on something new. “I was interested in this role because it’s a new challenge from my past job, and I like that it lets me support different departments,” she said. Her enthusiasm for teamwork and communication makes her a natural fit for this cross-functional position.

First Impressions That Last

When asked about her first impressions, Jessica immediately noticed the positive energy throughout R2. “Everyone here is so welcoming and helpful. The facility feels clean, organized, and full of energy. It’s clear people are busy, engaged, and working toward common goals.”

Building Stronger Operations

Jessica sees strong communication and collaboration as key to keeping operations running smoothly. “A strong operations team has clear communication, defined roles, and works together toward the same goals,” she explained.

She’s already spotting opportunities to streamline processes and strengthen coordination across departments. “I see opportunities to improve communication between departments to make things run more smoothly,” she added.

Looking Ahead

As R2 continues to expand, Jessica is excited to grow with the company. “I know R2 will keep growing as more customers learn about us. I hope to contribute by supporting the team and helping make sure our operations can keep up with that growth,” she said.

Her excitement is contagious, especially when she talks about joining a company that’s still defining its future. “I’m excited to be part of a company that’s growing and still shaping how things are done. I really enjoy finding ways to make processes easier and helping the team work more smoothly together.”

Beyond R2

Outside of work, Jessica stays busy with her three kids, ages 15, 17, and 29, and her boyfriend John. “We love finding new things to do together, but we especially enjoy going to sporting events—Guardians, Browns, and Cavs games are some of our favorites!” she said with a smile.

One fun fact that might surprise her coworkers? Jessica started and finished college in her 40s—a testament to her determination and lifelong love of learning.

Her guiding principle is simple but powerful: “Treat people the way you’d want to be treated. For me, that means respecting others, communicating clearly, and doing my best to support the team.”
