Massillon, OH — R2 Sealant Systems is proud to announce the promotion of Joey Umbaugh from Compounder to 1st Shift Lead Compounder. After 13 months of hard work and dedication in his previous role, Joey is stepping into this leadership position ready to continue growing and supporting the team.

Continuing a Strong Upward Path

Joey most recently served as a Compounder, where he played an important role in the day-to-day production of high-quality sealants. Over the past 13 months, he developed a strong understanding of the compounding process while building meaningful relationships with coworkers across the facility. His promotion to 1st Shift Lead Compounder reflects both his commitment to the job and the positive impact he has already made within the organization.

When asked about his reaction to the news, Joey shared his excitement. “I was very thrilled,” Umbaugh said. “It’s exciting to have the opportunity to step up and take on a bigger role within the company.”
