With over a decade of experience in manufacturing operations and a strong foundation in business management, Valerie brings leadership, organization, and a positive energy to our growing team.

Valerie spent the past 11 years working as an operations manager in the manufacturing environment, where she developed a deep understanding of team coordination, efficiency, and customer-focused processes.

“I’m excited to utilize the skills I’ve built over the years and share my leadership and organizational talents with R2 as the company continues to grow and thrive within the community,” Valerie shares.
