Massillon, OH — R2 Sealant Systems is growing again! We’re excited to announce the addition of two brand-new Schwerdtel cartridge filling machines to our production floor. With these two additions, R2 now operates 14 total cartridge filling machines and 2 sausage filling machines at our facility.

Built for Speed and Precision

These fully automatic machines are designed to efficiently fill and close cartridges at high speeds while maintaining the precision and consistency our customers expect. Each machine features a pneumatic-driven dosing unit, allowing for an impressive output of approximately 35 cartridges per minute.

With two additional machines now in operation, R2 has increased its cartridge-filling capacity while strengthening our ability to keep up with growing customer demand.

The addition of these machines represents another step forward in R2’s continued investment in our manufacturing capabilities. By expanding our equipment and production capacity, we can provide faster service and greater flexibility while continuing to uphold the quality and consistency that go into every product we manufacture.
